Queen’s Birthday Honours at LSE

Nicholas Stern, Director of LSE India Observatory, has been made a Companion of Honour, one of the most prestigious awards for a civilian, limited to just 65 people at any one time.

Exim Bank Announces the Winner of IERA Award

Dr Amrita Saha, LSE India Observatory Visiting Fellow, has received the International Economic Research Award (IERA) from the Export-Import Bank of India in recognition of her PhD research. The award was first instituted in 1989 with the objective to promote research in international economics, trade, development and finance by Indian nationals at universities and academic institutions in India and abroad.
