Nicholas Stern appointed to G20 Eminent Persons Group

IG Patel Chair and LSE India Observatory Director, Professor Nicholas Stern, is among the 16-member G20 Eminent Persons Group on Global Financial Governance. The G20 Eminent Persons Group of top economists and leaders  has been tasked to review issues related to global financial governance.

Exim Bank Announces the Winner of IERA Award

Dr Amrita Saha, LSE India Observatory Visiting Fellow, has received the International Economic Research Award (IERA) from the Export-Import Bank of India in recognition of her PhD research. The award was first instituted in 1989 with the objective to promote research in international economics, trade, development and finance by Indian nationals at universities and academic institutions in India and abroad.
